• Zheen Portal is for authorised staff of Zheen Private Hospital only. Accounts are personal; do not share your password, PIN or Google sign-in.
• Use patient information only to care for that patient or for the hospital work your role requires. Every access and change is recorded.
• Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician. The portal records and displays information; it does not replace clinical judgement.
• Never delete or alter a record to hide a mistake, use the correction (amend or void) tools so the history stays complete.
• The hospital may suspend an account that is misused or no longer needed.
